Hey Ya'll!
I hope you had a blast this past Saturday at Sam's 1st Birthday!!! Wish we could have been there!
I am getting really motivated - George and I will be running a 5k in two weeks, with our friends the Harrisons... it is a team effort, so I have to step up my game to hang with the team :). I went jogging with George the other day and he smoked me.. figures! Other than that - I am enjoying eating healthier and am LOVING the fact that I have gotten over my diet soda craving. I no longer have the thought that I need a DC or Diet Dew to start my day and make it better! I think I only had (2) in total last week!! Yahoooooo! I hit the gym less than I have since I started the challenge this past week, but maintain my workout goals (3xweek, 1 weekend day, and ab workout) and countered it by eating really healthy! Still stuck at the same weight.. however am noticing the clothes are fitting looser - which is a great feeling. Hope you all are doing well! Looking forward to seeing you in the next month! Cheers..
